SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
The terms of Delivery Policy must be understood. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Delivery Policy, you are advised not to accept the Terms of Use and the Delivery Policy. The terms contained in this Delivery Policy shall be accepted without modification and accordingly, to be bound by the terms contained herein.
Exotiqa is committed to deliver all orders with good quality packaging within 3 business days - Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation mail. Exotiqa makes all commercially reasonable endeavors to ensure that the Product(s) are delivered to end users in a timely fashion. To ensure that the order reaches in a good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed logistics companies.
Delivery Charges
Delivery Charges: Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping for all deliveries within the UAE.
Prior to making payments for the purchase of Product(s), the user will be prompted to provide a shipping address. While entering shipping address details, the user should ensure to provide correct, complete and accurate information along with landmarks if any to aid delivery. Exotiqa shall not, under any circumstance, be liable for any failure in delivery of the purchased Product(s) arising out of the user’s failure to provide correct, complete and/or accurate information.
Order Confirmation time & order Processing Time: Some of the products may need confirmation about your vehicle specification hence product shipping time is subject to customer coordination. Any delay in confirmation from customer may cause a delay in shipping.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
International Shipping:
We do not offer International Shipping.
How to check the status of order :
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status.
If you haven’t received your order within 7-10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@exotiqa.ae with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges:
We have a strict no cash return policy. We try that you receive the right product in safe packaging. However if we fail to deliver our promise, we shall try our best to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
Force Majeure:
We ensure while on boarding a shipping partner that it follows the best shipping practices and have the highest level of commitment in delivering the order. However during unforeseen circumstances the order may be held/undelivered and will be attempted later as the situation may permit; the same is listed but not limited to the list below
- Natural Calamity - Floods, earthquakes etc
- Transport Strike - Rail/Road/Air-Travel Strike
- Legal Restrictions – Curfew, Emergency Etc
- Epidemic /Pandemic - Mass medical breakout
- Information System Breakdown – Cyber Attack, Internet outage etc
